Training Consultant - Commercial Insurance Department - 1994-1999

• Instructional designer, writer, and programmer for Computer Based Training programs:

  • Produced 7 cbt's for new systems enabling 3000+ employees to be functional on day one of system implementation

  • Developed a set of 7 CD's used in a classroom setting that allowed employees to practice on a simulated system with on-line video instruction.

  • Created 2 games (jeopardy and concentration) that provided feedback on the employees’ comprehension of cbt material.

  • Produced marketing presentations for national meeting demonstrating our products with a diskette handout for 1000+ agents.

• Project Manager and designer for outsourced project. Program was implemented on time and 15% under budget.

Consultant - Services Department - 1991-1994

• Designed a CBT and workbooks, created an implementation plan, and conducted train-the-trainer classes for a countrywide rollout of new operating system. Result: 2000+ employees were functional on first day of installation.

• Developed self-study workbook courses for new software release.

• Developed a training program and conducted classes for new sales representatives.
